Ground Floor Extension, Radlett Road

ReVamp was asked to transform the rear of this property, with a ground floor extension to create a large open plan kitchen diner with TV lounge area overlooking the garden.   The customers wanted lots of natural light to flood the space and bridge the gap to the garden, which was achieved through bi-fold doors enabling the house to be fully opened up to the outdoors.   Side bi-folds and several roof lights were also incorporated to the design to maximise natural light in to the home, and whilst working on the design and roof structure, we managed to additionally create a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen area optimising the roof space.
