Revamp are a fantastic company to deal with, Mac and team are friendly, professional and finish to a very very high standard. When they are on site, they stay on site, there was never a single day that we wondered if they were turning up or heading to a different job. Revamp quoted us 10-12 weeks to pull down an existing conservatory and exterior structure and build a good sized open plan rear extension, with new kitchen and utility room, it was completed in less than 10 weeks. Mac is clearly someone who deals in solutions rather than problems, he has an incredibly positive attitude and his communications are first rate, you know exactly what is going on in every step of the build. He offers great insight, money saving ideas and his no nonsense approach means you know exactly what is going on. I have also never seen a building site kept so meticulously clean! Emma also offers great advise on internal decoration and interior design, a great husband and wife team. No need for us to look elsewhere if we build again as we have in our opinion found the best build team in area without doubt.

When we decided to renovate our flat in St. Albans while living in Canada, we knew that it would only be possible with the help of Mac and Emma from ReVamp. As a team, they have extremely high standards for all of their work, and those that they sub-contract. We knew we could leave everything safely in their hands without having to oversee them on a daily basis. They grasped the concept that we were trying to achieve and made suggestions about how we could do that economically whilst maintaining the quality standards we wanted. They sourced materials that would meet our vision, and made sure that they provided us with regular updates and photos of how things were going. If Mac was unhappy with the work a subcontractor had done, it was fixed immediately, no questions asked.
Emma was an absolute godsend in this process. She helped us choose colours for countertops, walls, flooring and curtains, using FaceTime and then backed that up with samples that she shipped to us for final decisions. Emma recommended furniture suppliers and pieces, organized furniture deliveries and took care of details as if the flat were her own. She also made sure our neighbours were kept informed and happy throughout the process, which is often a job on in itself! We were so fortunate to have been able to do this project with Mac and Emma. Without them, it just wouldn’t have been possible. We wouldn’t have trusted anyone else!

We fell in love with our new-build house the moment we walked inside and were captivated by the modern design of the open kitchen and living area, overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden through the bi-fold doors. The layout was well thought out, drawing plenty of natural light into every room and living area. Initially we were a bit unsure on how to use some of the energy-saving and smart-home features but Mac was happy to come over and run through those with us. So far the sturdy house has taken on several storms and three winters without the slightest of cracks and leakage. Having lived in the house for some time, the high quality and finish are surely well-attested. We are thankful for this new home which has definitely been the right choice for our family.

I am absolutely delighted with a new shower room designed and overseen by Emma.
She came up with many great ideas including fitments that will be welcome as I get older, such as a folding stool and a useful grab rail in the shower cubicle.
