New Eco Build Family Home, Park Street
Browse photos here of ReVamp's first eco build for a customer in Park Street, constructed in 2023. We saw this build through from conception to completion, initially clearing the site and preparing the landscape for the new build home, right through to finished home handover to the client. Below you will find some photos of our works in progress as well as the finished product.
The home has been built with SIPS Eco Panels, which brings many added benefits to the build:
- A much faster build using eco-friendly fully insulated SIP panels - saving time and money, particularly on labour
- Increased roof space - fully insulated roofs without trusses for maximising living space
- Much less waste on site
- 7x stronger than timber frame and 3x stronger than brick and block - a much superior build overall
- Airtight, reduced cold bridging
- Fire resistant, water resistant, mould resistant and non-toxic - it doesn't degrade over time so it's a long-term game plan
Additionally, the home is benefitting from solar energy, mechanical ventilation and air source heat pump making it an incredibly energy efficient home for the future which will bring considerable cost savings too it utilities.
