Planning was approved for a double side storey and rear extension, turning this 3 bedroom home in to a large and spacious 4 double bedroom family home with open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, second reception room and home office.  The master bedroom benefits from a walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite.  One further ensuite plus a family bathroom and downstairs WC.  Home designed by ReVamp, with drawings and planning application also managed by ReVamp as part of our Design & Build package seeing the home vision through from concept to completion.  With planning approved to develop this family home in Chiswell Green, we are currently in final stages of external landscaping and interior finishes on this development.  Below we have shared some before pictures of this somewhat derelict property, along with our planning drawings for the new design, the CGIs and the build in progress.  We'll add the 'after' pictures once it's all finished.
