Ground Floor Extension, Chiswell Green

ReVamp was asked to transform the rear of this property, removing the existing conservatory and replacing it with a ground floor extension, Chiswell Green, integrating the extension with the rest of the house to create a new kitchen area with bar dining and a cosy seating area.   Flooding the house with natural light was also a key requirement, achieved through two sets of sliding doors, large picture windows and several roof lights and velux.    The end result is a beautiful home with a light, airy and spacious feel that opens up to the patio and garden beyond from both lounge, dining area and kitchen.  The customer also gained a ground floor utility and separate WC and shower room, as well as changing the doors in the entrance hallway to steel doors.  Now, as you walk through the front door you can see all through the hallway to the picture window at the back of the house, overlooking the garden.  The flow in the house works so much better whilst being flooded with light.  The customer's new kitchen area with bar seating has become a much more inviting area to welcome and entertain guests.   This ground floor extension, Chiswell Green project was completed in approximately 6 weeks.
